Job Title: HR Systems Administrator
Artemis Human Capital is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading company for an HR Systems Administrator ideally with expertise in Success Factors or similar HRIS.

The Role
As an HR Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless HR operations by maintaining and optimising Success Factors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide helpdesk support, troubleshooting, and resolve system issues
* Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies
* Manage system updates, change requests, and process improvements
* Generate reports and insights to support HR and business strategy
* Deliver training and documentation to enhance user experience
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with:
* Experience in Success Factors Employee Central or a similar HRIS such as Workday HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, Bamboo HR, Sage People, and PeopleSoft HCM
* A background in HR and/or payroll systems administration
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Desirable: Previous experience in manufacturing or fast-paced industries, service desk/ticket management expertise, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
