You will lead and oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of IT Systems.
Be Part of Our Success
1. Lead, manage, mentor and motivate a team size of at least 4 team members, both level 1 and level 2
2. Manage/track of IT assets
3. Manage preventive maintenance program
4. Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules, change request, service request and repairs
5. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance to security and safety standards
6. Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreement
7. Manage budget and cost control
8. Vendor management: Collaborate with external service providers and contractors when required Negotiate contracts and manage vendors relationship
9. Develop and deliver the various maintenance and respective documentation such as incident report, Maintenance reports etc required for the purpose of O&M
10. Maintain documentation and records to support compliance efforts
11. Be the point of contact to customer and manage customer's expectations
Qualities We Value
12. At least 3 to 4 years of experience in the role with strong knowledge of maintenance best practices.
13. Understood and practice ITIL framework
14. Proficient in both written and spoken English
15. Good team player and excellent leadership and team management skills
