Duties & Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the Step Change Project, ensuring it meets its objectives and timelines.
Control Assessment: Ensuring we deliver an effective control environment which mitigates our financial risks Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the project's success.
Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project management processes and outcomes.
Skills & Experience: Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in delivering Finance change activity, preferably within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Insurance Knowledge: Experience in life or general insurance under IFRS and Solvency II is desirable.
Risk & Controls: Proven experience in risk and controls would be beneficial.
Problem-Solving: The ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
