Health & Safety Advisor Role
We are recruiting a Health & Safety Advisor to work with a leading client in the construction industry, based in Europe.
The successful candidate will have a degree or qualification in Health & Safety and previous experience working in the construction sector. A very generous package is offered for travel to Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure health and safety policies are regularly updated.
* Raise Health & Safety awareness amongst the management and labour force and implement necessary requirements.
* Organise training needed and maintain records.
* Conduct site visits, assessments, and reporting.
* Source and maintain PPE stocks.
* Coordinate toolbox talks and complete site inductions.
* Attend site meetings, health and safety briefings, and assist in emergency situations.
Requirements:
* Health & Safety degree or qualification.
* 1+ years of relevant experience.
* NEBOSH certification preferred.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Motivated to learn and grow within the role.
* Full driving license.
* Will to travel.
