The company is currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic Senior Coastal and Marine Civil Engineers to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and project management of coastal and marine engineering projects, from inception to completion. Work on large-scale port facilities, including quay walls, jetties, dolphins, and container pavements. Conduct coastal flood risk assessments, hydrodynamic modelling, and coastal protection design. Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary project team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant codes of practice, design standards, and industry best practices. Manage project delivery, ensuring technical accuracy, cost control, and timely completion. Contribute to the growth and development of the team, providing leadership and mentoring to junior engineers. Requirements: Minimum 8 to 15 years post-graduate experience in marine civil engineering. Chartered status (CEng) is required. Significant experience in the design and project management of coastal/marine engineering projects. Experience in designing and planning large-scale port facilities. Knowledge of coastal flood risk assessment, hydrodynamic modelling, and coastal protection is an advantage. Familiarity with government/public contracts and frameworks such as NEC and FIDIC. Proven experience in leading, managing, and delivering port/marine projects, preferably in a consultancy environment. Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver projects within budget and on time.
