Our client is seeking experienced professionals to join their team as Insurance Representatives, focusing on Renewals, Retention, and Sales. With a strong background in Personal Lines insurance, you will be responsible for promoting and generating new business across various personal lines classes including motor, home, farm, van, health, and marine. Additionally, roles in Commercial Lines classes are available, such as Commercial Combined, Combined Liability, Motor Fleet, Shops and Offices, Property Owners, Directors and Officers, Cyber, and Professional Indemnity.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist with processing policy queries and changes, supporting the annual renewal cycle, and ensuring client retention. You will also identify cross-selling opportunities, provide an excellent client experience, and work collaboratively to achieve goals. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with CBI, CPC, GDPR, and internal policies at all times. This position involves working with clients both face-to-face and over the telephone.
Requirements for Success
The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge in the insurance industry, with APA qualification or working towards it. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with a customer-focused approach and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
