The Role
You will play a key role in achieving sales budgets and requires a proactive approach to building strong customer relationships and realizing our customers’ needs and expectations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintaining and developing business with existing accounts through effective account management.
2. Providing marketing support by developing and driving marketing activities.
3. Assisting in developing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales budgets.
4. Developing an understanding of the market through analysis of market trends and customer and competitor activities. This will enable the identification of potential opportunities and threats.
REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 2+ years proven experience in a similar sales role.
2. A team player who can also work independently using their own initiative and managing their time effectively.
3. Strong organization and planning skills.
4. Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
6. Full clean driving license.
7. Experience in the Construction/Fabrication sector is an advantage.
