HR Operational, Transformation & Recruitment Roles
A dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy organisation is currently expanding its team with three strategic roles. Operating as a not-for-profit entity within a major Irish organisation that supports a wide range of strategic initiatives both locally and internationally. With a team of over 40 professionals, it provides expertise in project and change management, creative services, and international engagement.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
1. HR Operations (Shared Services) Consultant
This role will be instrumental in transforming the organisations People & Culture shared services. The successful candidate will lead the redesign and implementation of a modern, user-centric HR operational model—focusing on automation, digitalisation, and employee experience enhancement.
Key aspects of the role include:
* Leading operational and service design improvements
* Driving digital transformation within HR
* Supporting strategic change management initiatives
* Engaging key stakeholders and measuring success via KPIs
This is both a strategic and hands-on role suited to someone with strong HR leadership, change management, and implementation experience in HR environments.
2. HR Organisational Development and Design Specialist
This position supports the rollout of critical organisational development programmes as part of a wider transformation agenda. The role involves designing and implementing initiatives related to organisational structure, performance frameworks, and strategic workforce planning.
Responsibilities include:
* Executing organisational development strategies
* Facilitating change across departments and teams
* Leading training, coaching, and engagement initiatives
* Analysing and reporting on key organisational metrics
The ideal candidate will have experience in OD, change management, and strategic HR planning, along with strong data analysis and communication skills.
3. Recruitment Partner
This is a newly created role that will play a central part in shaping and delivering an innovative and inclusive recruitment strategy. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers across a range of academic and professional departments, the Recruitment Partner will provide hands-on support in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent.
Core responsibilities include:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns across varied disciplines
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and design tailored hiring approaches
* Enhancing candidate experience and employer brand through consistent, high-quality engagement
* Leveraging recruitment tools, data, and digital platforms to optimise hiring processes
This role will suit someone with strong recruitment experience (in-house or agency), excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for improving processes and candidate experience in a values-driven environment.
