Due to organisational growth, this organisation is now seeking a HR Administrator/ Receptionist This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator/Receptionist to gain exposure across the full Generalist remit whilst receiving tailored support and a highly-competitive pay and benefits package. As HR Administrator, you will work alongside the HR Director, HR Manager and HR Graduate to provide specialist HR and Telephone Support to over 300+employees. Duties include: Carry out recruitment administration- drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisments, shortlisting, organising and participating in interviews, delivering job offers, completing reference checks. Addressing any telephone inquiries, greeting any visitors to Head Office and scheduling/confirming appointments. Utilise the company HRIS System to input and update employee personnel records Assist with organising employee training and monitoring existing training programmes Participating in the implementation and execution of HR Projects Assist with company performance reviews and employee relations cases ie. note-taking and issuing documentation such as invite to investigation or outcome letters. What will you require as HR Administrator? Minimum of 6-12 months HR Administration experience Experienced in addressing telephone inquiries Desirable to have CIPD Qualification or HR Degree Skilled in utilising HRIS Systems How to apply to this HR Administrator role?
