Working as part of a team with maintenance to ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and quality standards• Production checks in line with company HACCP and SOPs.• Completion of daily production record keeping.• Carrying out audits, including GMP and Traceability audits.Requirements:• Food / Science qualification• Experience in the food industry is an advantage• HACCP/ Food Safety Knowledge• Knowledge of Word, Excel other computer software packages• Problem solver, good communication and good organisational skills
