We are seeking a Head of Programmes to lead a high-performing team, overseeing the development and execution of key initiatives. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure the seamless delivery of multiple projects. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional quality, driving innovation, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Programme Development & Quality Control
1. Ensure all programmes align with industry best practices and are executed to the highest standard.
2. Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement in programme design and delivery.
3. Maintain awareness of emerging trends and insights to inform future strategies.
4. Consider and incorporate the perspectives of all relevant stakeholders.
5. Provide guidance to team members to enhance their expertise and effectiveness.
6. Maintain and expand a strong network of industry professionals and key contacts.
Client & Stakeholder Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key partners.
2. Act as a senior representative in client meetings, ensuring alignment with expectations.
3. Proactively identify challenges and develop solutions to drive project success.
4. Strengthen long-term relationships through strategic engagement and trust-building.
5. Mentor and support team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
6. Provide clear direction, performance management, and professional development opportunities.
7. Oversee project workflows, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
8. Set ambitious yet achievable targets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
9. Communicate key insights and updates to senior leadership.
Operations & Logistics
1. Develop and maintain clear project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
2. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
3. Oversee supplier and consultant relationships, ensuring optimal support for projects.
4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
5. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
6. Implement strong procurement processes to maximise value for clients.
7. Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities across initiatives.
8. Provide regular financial updates and reports to senior management.
Strategic Leadership
1. Play a key role in senior leadership discussions, shaping the organisation’s strategic direction.
2. Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions.
3. Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of programme delivery.
4. Identify and apply for relevant industry awards and tenders.
5. Stay informed on industry developments and integrate relevant insights into planning.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
2. Managerial experience is advantageous.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent strategic, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work at pace, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Creative and driven with a passion for delivering impactful work.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to inspire high standards within the team.
