Job Purpose
To maintain building fabric across clients' portfolios & lead the Multi Skilled Technical Team.
Key Accountabilities
1. Maintenance of building fabric
2. Maintain on-site facilities filing system
3. Deliver agreed levels of Customer Service
4. Manage sub-contractors working on-site
5. Manage and respond to work requests
6. Use of technology to conduct / record works
7. Conduct scheduled inspections
8. Deal with client's staff
9. Sustainability & Energy Efficiency

Technical/Specialist Skills/Experience Requirements
1. Essential: 3 years experience in a similar role and keenness to learn new skills
