ResponsibilitiesKey areas of responsibility:Hands on experience in Server Administration, Configuration & Troubleshooting Windows 2012/2016/2019 servers.Hands on Experience in patching (Windows update, Security update, Hotfix and service pack) Fulfilling service requests for Infrastructure Services using ITIL Framework (Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management).Server provisioning (physical and virtual) as well as configuring the new servers which includes installation of OS and required Applications (Backup tools, Network tools, citrix, database etc.)Administration and Troubleshooting of Windows Cluster & domain Servers.Work across multiple IT teams including Application Support, Developers DBA, Network and Storage to resolve incidents and complete requests.Oracle KVM knowledge is plusKnowledge for HPE Technologies like Synergy will help.Analysing Server logs, Virus scanners, Backup/restore support, SQL database support.Patch management through various patching toolsWindows Automation: PowerShell or equivalent use of system automation tools.Exposure to Incident management, Change management and Problem managementLI-AM3
