Surgical Territory Account Manager for Urology & Gynaecology Division
We are currently recruiting for a Surgical Territory Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in the rapidly expanding Urology & Gynaecology Division.
Overview:
The Territory Manager will achieve sales and market share objectives by promoting a range of Surgical Devices to Key Opinion Leaders and Large Hospital Groups across the Dublin/Leinster Territory and sometimes outside of territory.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
* Nurture existing customer relationships, supporting their clinical requirements.
* Gain a deep understanding of the clinical field and become a urology and gynaecology product expert.
Secondary Responsibilities:
* Grow and manage clinical relationships on territory.
* Promote the company's range of products and solutions in-theatre.
* Education and demonstration of specific products being sold.
* Achieve pre-agreed targets and market share in both a Key Account Management and New Business Sales Environment.
* Attend exhibitions and clinical meetings as required.
* Acquire, maintain and keep up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of the territory.
* Report monthly on sales activity, business prospects and competitor activity.
* Management of the Company's assets within the territory.
Requirements:
* At least 3 - 5 years experience in surgical devices sales with positive pre-existing surgeon relationships.
* Candidates must hold a third level qualification (minimum: Honours Bachelor Degree).
* Demonstrates an ability to articulate highly technical information to a diverse audience of medical professionals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly credible with strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective, collaborative relationships.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Full driving license.
