Brilliant opportunity with one of Ireland's Top 15 accountancy firms. They are currently looking for a Company Secretarial Administrator to support clients across Ireland. You will be required to go to their Naas or Kildare office once a week. This role offers a rewarding career in a fast-growing professional services firm.

Role Responsibilities:
* Monitor and file company annual returns
* Prepare company minutes
* Provide administrative and secretarial support
* Attend and take minutes for General Meetings and Board meetings
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Strong analytical and organizational abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Growth mindset and willingness to learn
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary €40,000 – €50,000
