We are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation in Cork to recruit an HR Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will sit on the senior leadership team, working as part of an all-Ireland HR team and contributing to strategic national and global projects.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the HR function, aligning it with the organisation's strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with the SLT to design and implement HR strategies that drive organisational success.
* Manage key HR initiatives, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
* Contribute to shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* CIPD qualified, with 8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Experience of working closely with senior management and line managers.
* Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset.
* Solid understanding of Irish employment law.
* Project management experience.
