Job Description:
The Car Remarketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the Ayvens Remarketing department, overseeing day-to-day activities and enquiries. Key responsibilities include administrative and communication support, managing on-site suppliers, assisting with online car remarketing applications, building buyer relationships, conducting return vehicle inspections, and maintaining stock management checks.
Tasks:
1. Provide administrative and communication support within the car remarketing team.
2. Manage on-site suppliers to achieve high-level efficiencies.
3. Assist in the management of our online car remarketing application.
4. Build strong buyer relationships.
5. Carry out return vehicle inspections as required.
6. Carry out weekly stock management checks.
7. Update web-based applications.
8. Deal with both internal and external customer queries.
9. Undertake any reasonable role-related duties which may be required from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in the automotive or customer service industry.
2. A high level of computer literacy, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. A pragmatic decision-maker with a good technical knowledge.
4. A good understanding of vehicle logistics and inventory controls.
5. Strong numerical aptitude with an extremely high level of attention to detail.
6. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
7. A flexible approach, willing to carry out a variety of tasks/activities as requested.
8. Able to appraise and value used vehicles, commercially minded, and understand all aspects of our car remarketing department.
9. High customer satisfaction drive, comfortable negotiating and talking to traders.
10. Digitally aware.
11. Good telephone and email communication skills.
12. A team player who actively participates in shared objectives and has enthusiasm and commitment to work towards team goals.
13. Hold a full clean driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
