See below an overview of the role. Key Responsibilities: Managing the credit control function, ensuring timely payments from customers. Proactively contacting customers regarding overdue balances and negotiating payment plans. Processing credit applications and ensuring accurate account setup. Investigating and resolving customer queries related to payments and invoicing. Handling aged debt and arrears management, highlighting high-risk accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely month-end reporting. Monitoring returned payments and taking appropriate follow-up actions. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure adherence to credit policies. Maintaining up-to-date records in the credit management system.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role. Strong IT skills, with proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
