Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the EBA QA team responsible for testing policy administration systems & integrated systems across multiple technologies and platforms.
* Manage the full test lifecycle using best practice methodology.
* Identify opportunities for test excellence to maximise test coverage and reduce execution times.
* Drive QA process improvements within the EBA QA team.
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
* Coach and mentor the team to ensure clear objectives and maximum potential.
* Support QA planning and estimation for test activities.
* Provide regular QA status updates to stakeholders.
* Support regulatory/audit/security QA as needed.

* Proven ability to assess inefficiencies in testing strategies and execute improvement initiatives.
* Excellent understanding of QA Best Practices.
* Proven leadership experience in QA teams.
* Ability to influence software quality best practices.
* Previous experience mentoring junior QA team members.
* A agile tester mindset with experience defining test approaches.
Essential Skills:
* Deep understanding of modern QA tools and best practices.
* Experience devising effective test strategies for complex systems.
* Strong web-application testing experience.
* Expert leadership skills for dispersed QA engineers.
* Experience leading manual and automation engineers.
* Experience working with automation teams to devise efficient test strategies.
* Proven ability to improve and refine test strategies.
* Previous experience in Financial Services.
* Experience managing UAT test effort coordination.
Necessary Qualifications / Skills:
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
* 3rd level qualification (honours degree), preferably in a related discipline.
