Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction
* Liaise with Engineers to arrange job schedules
* Diagnose product issues remotely, determining resolutions and next steps where necessary
* Improve scheduling and customer service processes to ensure efficiency and satisfaction
* Maintain excellent knowledge of our product and technical information to provide accurate service
