Job Description:
Role Summary
As a Caseworker, you will work with clients referred by the Department of Social Protection to provide intensive employment support services. You will manage a caseload of clients, coordinating internal support specialists and external organizations to deliver a personalized support service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage a robust case management plan for each client, working towards sustainable full-time employment.
2. Use our industry-leading assessment technology to identify client goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
3. Provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including job search support when they are job-ready.
4. Identify and recommend training solutions in consultation with in-house tutors to meet client learning and training needs.
5. Fast-track job-ready clients for immediate job interviews brokered by Employer Services consultants.
6. Maintain strong knowledge of the local labor market.
7. Organize daily schedules for face-to-face meetings, phone calls, online meetings, and email correspondence with clients and other service providers.
8. Work closely with local and national specialist services to assist clients in their journey towards employment.
9. Present and facilitate workshops and group-learning presentations to clients weekly.
10. Achieve daily and monthly contractual key performance indicator (KPI) targets managing a caseload of clients.
11. Provide guidance and support for more job-ready clients during their initial weeks of employment.
12. Ensure client interactions are recorded accurately on the CRM system.
13. Adhere to data protection regulations.
Requirements
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
* Minimum of three years' experience in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
* Strong IT skills/experience in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Excellent administrative skills – fast & accurate data entry skills.
* Ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse individuals both in person and over the phone.
* Experience in delivering presentations in a group setting or public speaking.
* Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
