Senior Engineering Lead (Due Diligence and Masterplanning)
Job Description:
Person Specification – Technical/Experience
1. A high calibre and experienced Professional, with a technical background with the clear potential to develop.
2. Minimum of a first degree and chartered qualification in engineering.
3. Preference for a master’s degree in project or programme management.
4. Demonstrable experience having successfully led multidiscipline technical teams on design of building or infrastructure projects.
5. Demonstrable experience having successfully delivered technical site due diligence or pre-purchase appraisals for clients.
6. Experience of delivering projects from a client project management perspective.
7. Demonstrable experience of working closely with the design team in their development and delivery of the optimum solution to meet the client’s brief.
8. Evidence of solid achievement and career development in project and programme management.
9. Experience of business development for consulting services.
10. Sound knowledge of developments and drivers in the sector.
11. Good commercial and contractual awareness.
12. Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills and experience.

29. Oversees the progress of the Project and that it is delivered to programme.
