Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Division: Recruitment Services – Healthcare Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivating relationships with existing clients and building new client relationships.
* Generating new business from lead generation, area knowledge, client visits, social media, networking events and word of mouth.
* Keeping abreast of market developments by attending all relevant functions and events relating to the healthcare industry.
* Having a regular presence in client facilities through weekly contact calls and client visits.
* Managing on-site complaints and incidents, liaising with HR when necessary, ensuring all documentation is fully completed.
* Communicating recruitment deficits within your region to the Centralised Recruitment Team.
* Managing the regional Client Services Coordinator to ensure they are keeping abreast of client requirements and ensuring fill rate targets are fulfilled and any staff deficits are actioned.
* Ensuring that all systems are being used to full capacity and that all contact with clients are logged adequately.
* Constantly striving to meet KPIs as set out by your manager.
Requirements:
* Previous sales or business development experience is desirable.
* Prior people management experience is desirable.
* Positive, collaborative, can do attitude with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Full proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite.
* Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI's set.
* Full drivers' licence and access to own transport.
