The Ideal Candidate
* Has gained experience in a similar role, but remains open to new ideas and opportunities;
* Is a strategic thinker, problem solver, and motivator who can inspire teams to excel;
* Demonstrates excellent communication, planning, organization, and analytical skills;
* Holds a valid driving license and has experience working in fast-paced environments;
* Can motivate and lead a team effectively and is interested in developing a career in retail;
* May have experience as an Area Manager or in multi-site settings.
Your Responsibilities
* You will manage a district, overseeing Store Managers and ensuring a positive work environment;
* Develop, support, and coach Store Managers within your district;
* Analyze and optimize stock movements, complete district tours, and perform regular cash management checks;
* Support projects by analyzing data and providing feedback;
* Oversee store refurbishments, new openings, and re-openings;
* Create and implement annual business plans for your district;
* Plan KPIs and staffing structures for your district;
* Support the implementation of company strategy in your district;
* Prepare for and participate in Area Manager meetings.

* A starting salary of €74,000 for Trainee Area Managers, rising to €114,000 after 3 years;
