Immediate vacancy for a TA Generalist to join an employer of choice in Wexford. This is a 12 mth contract offering hybrid work.
As a Talent Acquisition Generalist, your main responsibilities will include the following:
* Employee Brand Proposition
* Application & Assessment
* Screening and Selection
* Onboarding
* Various HR strategic projects to enhance our people proposition in a lead or team member capacity.
* Team Collaboration, Performance and Support
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in Talent Acquisition required
* Relevant 3rd level degree required. CIPD qualification, achieved or in progression
* Strong verbal and written communication skills required
* Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
* Experience administering applicant tracking (use of SuccessFactors would be an advantage)
* Experience in communicating HR policies and benefits packages
* Demonstrated interest or experience in human resources activities
* Strong client service orientation with discretion and confidentiality
* Adheres to all policies governing the employment process to ensure compliance
