Contracts Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team on a large-scale Pharmaceutical project based in the Munster region.
Responsibilities:
* During the tendering phase: assist in tender preparation, handle queries, commercial evaluation of submissions, negotiation with tenderers.
* Post Contract duties: valuing progress, ascertainment of amounts due, valuing proposed instructions, drafting responses, determination of claims, expediting contractors' insurances and final accounts.
Requirements:
* Quantity Surveying Degree or similar required.
* Extensive multi-sectoral experience, especially in life sciences, mission critical and industrial sectors.
* Ability to work on complex issues and report clearly and concisely.
* Minimum 10 years' experience carrying out pre and post contract duties.
* Excellent organisational skills, accurate work, project deadlines.
* Excellent reporting and communication skills.
