Commercial Contracts Manager (Catering)
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial performance of our suite of restaurants in Dublin, Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial manager to join our team and drive financial growth and improvement across all locations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial management within the food & FM industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial Performance Monitoring: Analyze weekly and monthly financial data to assess commercial impact, prepare comprehensive reports for directors detailing performance metrics and trends.
* Reporting: Present monthly results and strategic insights to the directors, highlighting areas for improvement and growth, collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting, represent the company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner in all customer, client, and employee interactions.
* Systems Implementation: Develop and implement operational systems and processes aimed at improving financial performance, identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement across all restaurants.
* Commercial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the catering division, work closely with procurement to ensure cost-effective purchasing and inventory management.
* Front of House Management: Ensure exceptional front-of-house service standards are maintained across all locations, train and mentor front-of-house staff to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
* Food Management: Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure menu offerings meet market demand and align with financial goals, monitor food costs and waste management practices to optimize profitability.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Commercial Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field, with a focus on food and beverage.
* 7+ years of proven experience in a commercial management role within the catering or hospitality industry, 5 years of multi-site experience is essential.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and derive actionable insights, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to team management.
Skills
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities, proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools, knowledge of industry trends and best practices in food service management.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving operations.
Working Conditions
This position is flexible and WFH 3 days is guaranteed, site visits are necessary and the ability to travel between restaurant locations as needed.
