Inside Regional Account Manager - Nordics
We are seeking a Swedish or Norwegian speaking Inside Regional Account Manager (Scandinavian Market) for a global IT company.
The objective of this role is to drive sales within midsized organisations in Europe. Inside Regional Account Managers (iRAMs) generate revenue directly through outbound calling and selling new or additional products to existing customers.
The Responsibilities
* Work intensively with companies in assigned territory to increase product awareness.
* Collaborate with channel partners to jointly grow revenue and fulfil customer requirements.
* Create and refine a revenue pipeline, forecasting revenue outlook to sales leadership using CRM tools like Salesforce.com.
* Develop business plans with sales leadership to drive revenue and achieve key sales objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify operational or sales projects, and with field sales teams and marketing to manage and develop new business.
You Are
* Fluent in written & spoken English & Swedish or Norwegian or Finnish.
* Entrepreneurial, creative, self-driving, and highly motivated.
* Good understanding and knowledge of the dynamics of a sales organisation.
* Organized and able to manage time effectively.
* Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
You Have
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in selling software or technology with channel experience.
* A proven track record of demonstrating ability to comprehend new technology and develop sales strategies for increasing sales.
* Business or other relevant 3rd level qualification desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to execute & deliver results.
