At AECOM, we are recruiting a Programme Controls Lead to join us in Dublin.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities;
* Lead and manage program controls on a large-scale, complex program.
* Establish and maintain a Program Controls system monitoring and reporting Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk and Documentation progress against an agreed Baseline.
* Manage and oversee the Change Management process (controlling updates to the Baseline) in concert with appropriate governance and interfaces with all other areas of the program, especially technical changes from engineering and commercial changes from procurement and contracting.
* The candidate must be comfortable leading a team, developing sustainable programme controls processes, influencing General Contractors and Trade Partners, and helping to influence the programme controls culture across the program.
* Manage the Program Controls team fulfilling Project Controls, Scheduling, Cost, Risk, Document Controls and Reporting functions.
* Collaborate with the AECOM Controls community of practice comprised of professionals across the firm experienced in and engaged in Controls services.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within our markets along with having the following qualifications and experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent technical degree and/or minimum 15+ years’ experience, at least 3+ years within the aviation industry.
* Knowledge of project financial and cost management systems.
* Knowledge of risk management systems and development of corporate and project risk strategies.
* Significant experience of leading, managing and organizing teams within an operational service delivery area.
* Strong commercial and financial awareness including monitoring and coordination of budget.
* Experience in programme scheduling and resource integration.
* Excellent project management skills with the capability to provide the motivation to ensure that targets are met, and timelines achieved.
