What you’ll do
As our new Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading regional marketing and commercialization for MAS+ by Messi, across Rest of World (ROW) Markets. Act as a catalyst for innovative and differentiated consumer and trade marketing activity, that is both effective and fit for purpose in the market context.
Additional key responsibilities include:
* Lead the development of the ROW Launch Plan for MAS+ with supporting guidelines and launch tools.
* Build localized integrated activity plan following the MAS+ Global Brand Plans for current and future ROW markets that enhance sales and profitability.
* Set metrics, within the Mark Anthony Brands KPI performance framework, and manage performance across all markets.
* Drive business insights (through market research and competitive intelligence) that leads to a clear understanding of existing and future market dynamics.
* Present strategic recommendations and proposals to leadership, incl commercial Country Management, articulating insights and potential business impacts in a clear and compelling manner.
* Own the ROW Launch Plan for MAS+ with supporting guidelines and launch tools as well as inspire in-market teams to deliver outstanding results.
What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
* 12+ years’ experience in international marketing and brand development, preferably in the beverage, CPG and/or FMCG industry.
* Agency management experience across Media, PR and general communications.
* Commercial and project management experience.
* Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
