About Your Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for front-of-house services and all administrative support within the company. Your daily duties will include:
* Responding to incoming calls and emails
* Managing calendars and inboxes
* Processing mail
* Coordinating stock and supply orders
* Maintaining accurate e-filing records
* Entering data and managing documents
* Preparing meeting rooms
* Issuing client invoices and receipts
* Performing other tasks as required.

Requirements for Success
You must have previous experience in an administrative support role within professional services. You should possess strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
