Your New Role
As a Structural Project Engineer in the Dublin office, you will join a dynamic and friendly team of engineers and technicians. You will take ownership and responsibility for multiple projects, with close support from senior staff. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing structural engineering designs in steel, concrete, and timber, using 3D structural modelling software, preparing reports and specifications, and collaborating with internal and external project team members. You will also mentor junior staff and represent the company in design team and client meetings. The role is primarily office-based but will involve site visits in Ireland and may include some international travel as your career progresses.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* 5-8 years of experience in structural engineering
* A degree in structural engineering
* Chartered Engineer status with IEI, ICE, or IStructE (preferred)
* Experience working with Eurocodes/British Standards
* Proficiency in 3D modelling software (e.g., Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, ETABS)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
* A keen interest in professional development and moving into senior management
