CREGG is delighted to be recruiting an Accounts Administrator. The Accounts Administrator will provide a high-quality service to the Groups Shared Services Centre and will support the business by providing efficient and timely transaction processing/back-office services. Whilst the primary responsibility of the role is processing of Retail invoices, the successful candidate will also be responsible for additional tasks within the SSC to support the business. Responsibilities Timely and accurate matching of high-volume of retail invoices to delivery documentation Proactive investigation of variances and liaising with Retail department to resolve Working with AP Associate to ensure timely processing, approval and payment of invoices Monitoring of Retail mailbox to resolve and/or escalate supplier queries as appropriate Other related tasks, e.g. creditors reconciliations; administration of supplier accounts Support in compiling information for tax filings e.g. Intrastat return Assisting with month end close processes (e.g. bank reconciliations) & internal and external audits Assistance to and cover in respect of other team members as required Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders Assisting with ad-hoc analysis / one-off projects Qualifications Previous experience in an Accounts department desirable Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative and a flexible hands-on approach High level of attention to detail essential Experience with Microsoft office packages e.g. MS Excel and Office Experience with ERP package e.g. Oracle, while not essential will be an advantage Experience in meeting deadlines and coordinating activities Demonstrable problem-solving skills, and the ability to proactively identify and propose solutions and escalate risks and issues as required Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all business units Good communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part of a team or independently as the role may require For more information, please contact Cleo () with your CV.
