Job Summary
This senior role requires a deep understanding of engaging clients through multiple digital channels. The Director of Growth Marketing will plan, evaluate, execute, and measure campaign performance, while collaborating with Sales to operationalize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high-impact, multi-channel marketing programs to exceed lead, pipeline, and revenue goals for existing customers.
* Utilize marketing activities and tools to improve lead volume and quality across multiple channels.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing team members to produce high-quality marketing materials and events.
* Work closely with the sales team to craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accounts.
* Integrate product messages into marketing programs with Product Marketing.
* Track and report campaign performance against key business drivers.
* Identify root causes of program performance issues and drive action plans for improvement.
* Communicate regularly to ensure stakeholder alignment and enablement.
Education & Experience
* 10+ years of success in owning, leading, and managing demand generation programs in B2B organizations, preferably in software/SaaS marketing.
* Interest in data analysis and campaign performance.
* Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed team player with a positive attitude.
* Self-starter with energy, drive, and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multitask and stay focused.
