If youre an experienced academic professional with a passion for delivering high-quality education, this is an opportunity to shape the future of a growing supplementary learning programme. _______ Key Responsibilities Academic & Course Management Oversee the successful operation of the Supplementary Learning Program for Secondary Students Ensure high teaching standards and a structured learning environment Manage teacher scheduling, absences, and quality control Oversee the development and enhancement of course materials Implement student engagement strategies to support academic success Teacher & Staff Management Lead and manage a team of qualified educators across multiple subjects Conduct regular performance reviews and teacher development meetings Ensure strong communication between teaching staff and administration Oversee department operations across different subject areas Student & Parent Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for student and parent inquiries Monitor student attendance and implement follow-up procedures Address student concerns, complaints, and feedback to improve satisfaction Maintain an active on-campus presence to support students during courses _______ Requirements Essential Requirements ? Minimum 10 years experience in education and academics expertise in teaching methodologies, curriculum planning, and student engagement ? Proven leadership and people management skills ability to mentor and support a team of teachers ? Strong organisational abilities managing multiple courses, schedules, and learning objectives ?
