Job Description:
The Global Operations Integrity Team is dedicated to safeguarding Meta's communities through support, education, and care for users worldwide. We focus on preventing online and real-world harm by developing fast, scalable support systems and collaborating on cross-functional initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development to enhance community experiences.
* Manage Child Safety operations, analyzing data to identify user trends and malicious behavior.
* Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex business problems and lead investigations into potentially abusive content or real-world threats.
* Develop policies and processes to ensure the safety of our community and users.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience in operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment.
* Strategic/analytical initiative experience (project management, consulting, data analysis, or technical systems) and/or customer operations.
* Ability to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content.
