**Project Manager (Junior/Engineer-to-Management Opportunity)**
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple pharmaceutical projects in the Greater Dublin area.

This role is ideal for a Junior Project Manager or a Senior Engineer looking to transition into a management position. You will manage multiple projects valued around €1 million each, taking them from inception to completion while developing your leadership skills and contributing to the continued success of the organisation.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of pharmaceutical projects valued around €1 million, ensuring successful and timely project delivery.
* Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
* Resource Management: Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources, ensuring the efficient delivery of each project.
* Budget & Cost Control: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining project quality.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project and proactively work to resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and quality standards.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Promote and maintain a safe working environment by ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
* Reporting & Documentation: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and maintaining accurate project documentation.
Requirements:
* A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* At least 2-4 years' experience in the construction, pharmaceutical, or controlled environments sector.
* Previous experience managing smaller projects or leading teams is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* A solid understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
