The Role
Working with the team to deliver excellent guest care, ensuring that the team is actively anticipating the business needs and dealing with them accordingly, the successful candidate will be required to:
* Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service;
* Work shifts including morning and evening 3 - 5 days per week;
* Ensure that products are delivered in accordance with agreed standards throughout the resort;
* Work with the team to ensure that the day's business is communicated accordingly and orderly handover is completed;
* Be accountable for key responsibilities within the reception department.
