Credit Control Team
Our Credit Control team is based in Elm Park, Dublin 4, and we offer a hybrid working model for all employees after the training period.

The Opportunity
You will report to the Credit Control Manager and join a group of experienced experts who ensure all accounts are up to date and help push the business to reach its full potential.
Working proactively with Group Credit Controller, you will be responsible for maximising profits by ensuring all debt owed to the company is paid in full and in a timely manner.
You will work closely with Finance, Underwriting teams and Allianz Customer Relationship Executives.
Role Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of brokers with GWP exceeding €40 million annually.
Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts, maintaining a collection rate of 95% or higher.
Ensure all payments received are correctly allocated to customer accounts and accurately reflected in ledgers.
Assist the finance department to ensure all insurer accounts are settled and reconciled by monthly deadlines.
Prepare and distribute accurate credit information and debt reports.
Ensure all debt recovered is thoroughly recorded and ledgers reflect the correct outstanding debt, adhering to Regulatory Codes of Practice, Data Protection, and in-house procedures.
Issue and reconcile broker statements.
Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Monitor and manage debt portfolios and broker accounts.
Work across multiple platforms such as Filexchange, Estatements, I90, Staffware, ISIS documents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.
Participate in identifying and implementing organisational changes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
Essential Experience
Minimum 2 years experience working in credit control or similar operational finance role.
Ability to analyse & interpret data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
The ability to work collaboratively with other departments, such as sales and finance.
Desirable Experience
Understanding of core Allianz systems and processes.
Familiarity with the local regulatory context and requirements.
Experience with lean and agile principles in a business context.
Skills: Advanced Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Excellent Customer Service, Interpersonal Relations.
