The role is to direct and manage a cross functional team in the execution of a project with tasks including, project scoping, resource and budget planning, risk mitigation and Stakeholder management.Continuously develops and advocates for creative strategies that improve time to market and reduce risk on development programs.Resolve issues and ensure task completion by establishing priorities and reaching compromise with team members and functional managers.Communicates to business leadership about the progress and health of development activitiesOversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.Foster technical innovation in staff members.Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.Ensures requirements gathering, requirements planning, and requirements management meet the demands of the project’s key stakeholders, both external and internal.Builds highly effective core teams.
