Beshoffs SeaGrill Restaurant are now recruiting an experienced full time Junior Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Team. We are located on the beautiful West Pier in Howth, right beside the DART station and free parking is widely available. In addition to our busy 90 seater seafood restaurant, our adjoining Market Hall offers customer a Seafood Tapas Bar, sparkling fresh seafood counter, fresh food range and a busy coffee bar. About you First and foremost you'll have a genuine interest in delivering great quality food You will have previous junior sous chef experience ideally working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will need Minimum of two years' experience in a Chef de Partie role within a high volume, quality led restaurant kitchen Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must Love for the hospitality industry and all things Seafood High standards of food hygiene, health and safety A great attitude and be eager to learn An energetic and proactive personality Great team work skills Excellent communication skills 2 professional references Our promise to you If you share our passion for creating great customer experiences, then this will be the right move for you.
