Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Counter Management - Maintain and develop the trade counter to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
2. Sales & Promotions - Assist in sales promotions, upselling products, and providing expert advice.
3. Merchandising - Ensure products are well-stocked, displayed effectively, and presented professionally.
4. Customer Service - Provide knowledgeable support to customers, offering solutions and product recommendations.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. A full, clean driver's licence (Essential).
2. Enthusiastic and motivated, with a proactive approach to work.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Previous experience in the electrical industry is preferred.
5. Strong customer service and product management skills.
