Our Junior Sous Chef position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting the Executive Head Chef in managing a team of talented culinary professionals. You will be responsible for:
* Assisting in the management of a large team of Culinary professionals.
* Handling multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
* Following all HACCP & HSE guidelines in the kitchen & wider workplace.
* Designing menus in conjunction with the Executive Head Chef and Director of Culinary.
* Minimizing payroll costs by maximizing productivity and efficient scheduling of employees.
* Controlling food cost & wastage.
