Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Sligo/Roscommon, Ireland. As a key member of our Business Software Solutions team, you will play a vital role in the performance, security, and availability of customer IT systems.
Responsibilities:
* Manage Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platforms, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Provide IT support for Microsoft business applications and operating systems.
* Maintain accurate IT documentation and inventory.
* Communicate effectively with customers on incident progress and system changes.
* Collaborate with the Managed Services Team to resolve tickets promptly, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
* Experience working with workstations, servers, routers, firewalls, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
* Knowledge of IT support tools and monitoring systems.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant degree in Computer Systems & Networking or equivalent experience.
* Microsoft Certification is preferred but not essential.
