Project Coordinator (Research Officer) - Delivering Digital Literacy for Older People
The Technological University Dublin is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of a digital literacy program for older people in partnership with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage research projects focused on digital literacy for older adults.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to establish partnerships and coordinate project administration.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
* Create communication materials, including graphics and interactive STEM demonstrations.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Social Sciences or equivalent field.
* At least two years of postgraduate experience in research project development and management.
* Proven success in managing research and community projects.
* Desirable skills include grant writing, digital literacy education programs, and working with older adults.
Working Conditions:
* This is a specified purpose contract with an initial funding period of 21 months.
* The position will be based at one of TU Dublin's campuses: Grangegorman, Blanchardstown, or Tallaght.
Compensation:
The successful candidate will be appointed at salary scale aligned to point (01) of the Post-Doctoral Researcher Salary Scale, which is €47,412 gross per annum. Remuneration may be adjusted from time to time in line with Government pay policy.
