A hyper growth FinTech business is seeking a driven Head of Business Development to join an exceptional team of business-driven builders.
Key Responsibilities
* Market product and vision: Walk potential customers through the product, identify key decision makers and bridge the gap between a lead, an intro meeting and a new customer.
* Take end-to-end ownership over commercial priorities: Define and execute commercial priorities.
* Build the sales team in Dublin/London: Create a team who can support the attainment of your goals. Foster a culture of continuous learning, performance and meritocracy.
* Develop the GTM strategy: Assist in the design and implementation of a refined GTM strategy and motion, specific by ICP.
* Ensure sales operational excellence: Run and oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficiency and efficacy in processes.
* Build materials: Refine and continuously develop sales and marketing materials. Identify what's needed to market, and work with the team to develop it.
* Meet the ecosystem: Attend events and create the relevant ecosystem within the asset-based lending space.
Requirements

* CORPORATE SERVICES/DEBT ADMIN INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
