About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor with at least 2 years of experience in the motor industry.
You will be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient service process.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role.
* Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
* Full, clean driving licence required.
