With over 15 years of experience in designing, managing, and advising on business-led technology projects, we specialise in Cyber, Information, and Network security.
Responsibilities:
* Candidate sourcing through online platforms, social media, networking, database management, and European roadshows.
* End-to-end management of the recruitment process.
* Candidate screening and support, including interviewing, consultation, and interview preparation.
* Relationship and account management, involving process management, consultation, and negotiation.
* Developing and delivering end-to-end professional service solutions.
* Expanding IT product knowledge.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of successful experience in a Recruitment or sales role.
* Experience working in an IT recruitment environment is highly desirable.
* Eager to learn and adapt.
* Degree in a Business-related discipline.
* Adept communication and interpersonal skills.
* Solid business acumen with entrepreneurial flair.
