The Role
Origina is seeking a data-driven and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel B2B and Channel Partner marketing campaigns focused on driving qualified lead generation and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing IT services or enterprise solutions and be skilled at engaging both direct B2B audiences (CIOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, and software asset managers) and channel partners. A deep understanding of how to craft tailored marketing strategies for both B2B clients and channel partner ecosystems is crucial for success.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that support both enterprise sales goals and channel partner initiatives. You will own the messaging strategy for demand generation, defining key value propositions, addressing audience pain points, and creating targeted messaging for each segment. Managing a team of digital marketing associates, you will work to expand Origina’s paid media efforts, enhance nurture campaigns, and foster seamless collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Nurture Strategy
· Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract and convert high-value B2B leads
· Expand and optimise nurture campaigns to engage prospects at different stages of the buying journey
· Leverage audience segmentation and intent data to tailor outreach and improve conversion rates
Campaign Strategy & Execution
· Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and audience segments to align with Origina’s growth goals
· Own the messaging strategy for marketing campaigns—determining key pain points, value propositions, and
positioning for each audience
· Work closely with content and design teams to develop compelling assets that align with campaign
messaging and audience needs
· Expand Origina’s paid media efforts (LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Google Ads, and third-party platforms)
to increase brand awareness and pipeline growth
· Oversee campaign setup, execution, and performance across owned and paid platforms
· Optimise ad placements, bidding strategies, and messaging through A/B testing and performance analysis.
Database & Audience Management
· Direct the team in building and managing targeted audience segments within the CRM to support
multi-channel campaigns
· Oversee list segmentation, data hygiene, and enrichment processes to optimise campaign performance
· Ensure CRM data is leveraged effectively to nurture leads and drive pipeline growth
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Manage and mentor two digital marketing associates, ensuring effective execution of campaigns
· Collaborate with the service innovation team to incorporate product functions and customer
insights into marketing efforts
· Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure CRM data aligns with marketing objectives
· Work with content and design teams to create marketing assets that align with campaign messaging
and audience needs
Performance Optimisation & Reporting
· Define reporting requirements for Power BI dashboards to track campaign performance,
audience engagement, and pipeline contribution
· Work with internal teams to ensure accurate data visualisation and actionable insights from
marketing campaigns
· Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing strategic recommendations for optimisation
· Generate reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI to guide decision-making
About you
Successful candidates will possess
· Proven experience in demand generation, campaign strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B enterprise
marketing, IT services, or a related industry
· Prior success in developing campaign messaging and positioning for IT decision-makers, including CIOs,
IT leaders, procurement teams, and software asset managers
· Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms to build audience segments and optimise database
management
· Expertise with paid media platforms (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
· Experience with project management tools
· Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lead scoring, and data-driven campaign execution
· Ability to translate data insights into campaign refinements and business recommendations
· Experience defining reporting and data visualisation requirements for Power BI or similar analytics platforms
· Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, optimisation, and data-driven decision-making
· Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide a high-performing team
· Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
