Regional Field Sales Manager - FMCG
A leading Distribution company with brands in all major Retailers across Ireland seeks a Regional Field Sales Manager to oversee a Team of Field Sales Executives.
The Territory covers the Midlands and South East of Ireland.
About Your Regional Field Sales Manager Role
You will develop and manage a team of Field Sales Executives who execute brand plans at point of purchase in Impulse & Grocery Group outlets throughout the Midlands and South East Ireland.
Effectively lead, train, and motivate the Team to implement the Sales Strategy across specified channels and categories.

* Call coverage for the brand
Regularly monitor and review KPI performance, providing clear feedback and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Foster continuous improvement within stores, benchmarking performance against world-class standards.
Review the Journey Plan on an ongoing basis to ensure efficient, effective, and comprehensive coverage of the territory.
Evaluate Field Sales Executives' performance based on the agreed Journey plan every period.
Provide regular feedback to relevant personnel to underpin continued progress towards the agreed plan.
Conduct weekly meetings with Account Managers regarding team performance, competitive activity, trade trends, etc.
Key Skills and Requirements
A relevant University Degree is a strong advantage.
At least 3 years field sales experience within FMCG.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with Grocery Retailers.
Management experience over a Sales Team.

What's On Offer
This role comes with a salary of €48-55k depending on experience, as well as Bonus, Pension Contribution, Healthcare Contribution, Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Lunch allowance, Phone, and Laptop.
